There are currently some gems on the WWE roster when it comes to entrance music. Which theme tops the list?

A great theme song can be the make or break of certain superstars in WWE. Without a strong entrance theme, the overall presentation of a wrestler can be poorly affected. It is the first impression for the audience when they see someone, and it can often tell a lot about a gimmick or character.

WWE has received some criticism in recent years of their arguably lackluster entrance songs for many on the roster, with a lack of lyrics and a tendency to give people basic and generic rock. However, even with that, there are still currently gems on the WWE roster when it comes to entrance music. Of course, this is all subjective, but several factors have been taken into account.

10 The Usos - Done With That

The Usos’ entrance music is chaotic, fun, and aggressive, and that just about sums up The Usos perfectly. The incorporation of their voices and added lyrics is great, and it is among the best songs out of everyone in both the tag team division and the roster overall.

This was a great piece of music from CFO$.

9 Bray Wyatt - Shatter

10 Best Current WWE Theme Songs, Ranked (3)

Bray Wyatt’s WWE return over the last six months or so hasn’t gone down too well. However, one of the few positives to come out of his comeback is the brand new entrance music he had, which is Shatter by Code Orange.

It is, as they say, an absolute banger of a tune. It builds in intensity as the song goes on, and when the singing kicks in it carries with it so much emotion and rawness. It was great for Wyatt’s character within the first couple months before things got a little silly with his gimmick once again.

8 Bianca Belair - Watch Me Shine

10 Best Current WWE Theme Songs, Ranked (4)

Everything about “Watch Me Shine” fits Bianca Belair perfectly. It has attitude, it has positivity, and any time she walks out to it she looks like an absolute star.

It is a unique song but it works well, and the sound effect of the hair whip is nice too, even if it is slight and subtle. When Belair comes out for a big match, her entrance song does help to give it a big fight feel, which is a testament to how well it fits her.

7 Karrion Kross - Dead Silent

10 Best Current WWE Theme Songs, Ranked (5)

Karrion Kross may be one of the worst booked wrestlers on WWE’s current roster, but he still has one of the best entrance themes out of everyone. Particularly in NXT, the whole presentation of his entrance was striking.

The song is dramatic and it is different from everything else in the company. It is a shame how much WWE has botched Kross, as the deathly silence from fans when his music hits doesn’t do it justice. Regardless of his presentation now, the Dead Silent song is top notch.

6 Sami Zayn - Worlds Apart

10 Best Current WWE Theme Songs, Ranked (6)

During his time as a heel, Sami Zayn dropped his iconic theme song. However, 2023 has seen a return for Worlds Apart, which was his anthem in the likes of NXT and early on in WWE. As a babyface, this fits Zayn perfectly, with it being upbeat, happy, positive, and well-fitting for an underdog.

The audience absolutely adores singing along to this tune, and this year has proven that WWE should never have gotten rid of it in the first place.

10 Best Current WWE Theme Songs, Ranked (7)

Edge’s entrance theme is absolutely iconic. The opening “you think you know me” gets the crowd on their feet instantly, and it is followed by one hell of a song.

No matter how long Edge has been wrestling for, this song never gets tiresome. When Edge formed the Judgment Day and got a new song, the sadness of fans at not hearing this music showcased just how beloved it is. With the big returns Edge has made over the years, this music made those comebacks even better.

4 Shinsuke Nakamura - The Rising Sun

10 Best Current WWE Theme Songs, Ranked (8)

Even though Shinsuke Nakamura is far from the level of popularity he was a few years back, his theme song is still undoubtedly among the very best, and it almost makes him look and feel like a star when he makes his way to the ring.

Every fan can at this point chant along with the music, and it still fits him perfectly. His debut in NXT with this music is still goosebump inducing, and it is crazy to see how well WWE managed to select his entrance theme.

3 GUNTHER - Prepare To Fight

10 Best Current WWE Theme Songs, Ranked (9)

When WWE got rid of GUNTHER’s original music, which was an iconic part of him throughout his career, fans were initially fuming - and for good reason. However, somehow WWE have managed to replace it with a brilliant piece of music.

Prepare To Fight is intense, it feels like the music of a final boss, and it also slightly incorporates the old music whilst bringing something new to the table too. It has been made for him specifically, and music that isn’t just basic stock is always better and more impactful.

2 Roman Reigns - Head Of The Table

10 Best Current WWE Theme Songs, Ranked (10)

“Head Of The Table” is an operatic, orchestral piece of brilliance. By itself it was still good but perhaps not special, but matched with the gimmick held by Reigns, the star power he possesses, and the increasingly incredible title reign he is on, the music has become iconic.

When he makes his entrance to this theme, the whole crowd is captivated. A big part of that is due to Reigns’ presence, but it is boosted ten fold by this wonderful, intense, and grand music.

1 Cody Rhodes - Kingdom

10 Best Current WWE Theme Songs, Ranked (11)

This song was made especially for Cody Rhodes by the band Downstait, with the lyrics being so powerful in detailing the journey and story of Rhodes throughout his professional wrestling career. It is a theme song so good that it has followed Rhodes through the independents, AEW, and now to WWE.

The lyrics are one thing, but the song itself is brilliant for a professional wrestling entrance. It is powerful, it hypes up a crowd, and the fan interaction in the “woah” part of the song has just gotten better and better as time has gone on. It is crazy to see that Rhodes has successfully retained this music through several parts of his career.
