The Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana (CIB Ghana), is gearing up to celebrate the 2025 Bankers' Week, a pivotal event that underscores the organization's dedication to fostering a new generation of banking professionals. This year's theme, 'Building Future-Ready Banks: Ethical Leadership, Sustainable Finance, and Currency Stability,' highlights the crucial role of ethical practices and technological advancement in the banking sector.
Mr. Robert Dzato, CEO of CIB Ghana, emphasized the Institute's strategic focus on creating a highly skilled and ethically sound banking workforce.
