Dr. Kanaan is one of the most caring and most knowledgeable doctors I have ever encountered. He also listens well and explains things very well. The staff is great as well.

I am on mychart and have frequent blood tests with my oncologist so most providers just look at his results as they are detailed tests and are often. I love Dr Kanaan and staff because it's they are like family really. They are so respectful and kind and supportive. And they remember the small details. It's special and meaningful.

When leaving, stopped at receptionist desk to get papers. In the papers was a small piece of paper. Not opening the paper until we got home, found the small piece of paper. It was a free parking $5 pass Being from out of town, we were not aware of this .so we were out $5. I believe that receptionists should make the patient aware of the parking.

After injections of lidocaine I experienced pressure & increase in pain with 1-2 minutes. It became more severe & my appointment was over. I left crying...receptionist gave me tissues. I sat in my Jeep for 15 minutes before I drove away. By dinner time I had a full blown migraine.

This was my first appointment. I asked alot of questions and felt very comfortable with all the answers that I was given and did not feel pressured in the treatment that was offered for my care.

I have to say, while seeing 3 separate doctors in the Neuroscience Institute at Miami Valley North, Dr. Kanaan has been the most helpful, the most understanding and caring doctor it seems to me, in that practice. He is always attentive, quick to answer questions on MyChart, and has given me a plan where I can receive monthly relief for my chronic migraines.

Dr Kanaan really listened to me. I didn't feel rushed. And he has a really good sense of humor, which I enjoyed a lot!

First appointment gave me answers I needed. Now waiting on insurance approval for procedures. The Dr was very open and explained why he gave me the diagnosis i never heard of. Good to know I am not a whiner or crazy, when complaining about the pain I experience daily. Looking forward to relief. Dr made me hopeful.

The office is really gross. The seats are dirty and there is a very bad smell throughout.
