Came for a Covid test, had to wait in line outside in the cold for two hours just to put my name on a list. Luckily I was number 12 out of 25 so I was able to get tested with my niece and nephew. Other than the wait before the facility opened everything else went smoothly.

All the staff was especially nice and over caring!! Which is always a plus in my book! Especially when staff could be short, only thing I could think of in these times is to tell clients to not waste a test if only showing mild symptoms which could be the flu and save the test for others who could use testing the most especially those who are Definitely autoimmune. And give courtesy to those who are their first and just in the vehichles waiting, cause those people are just taking extra precaution, but not the staffs fault

I went to the facility for a cold and had to wait over 4 hours so to the amount of people being COVID tested .You should have this section off in 2 different categories at check in . People who are coming in sick should not have to wait hours to be seen. I understand the situation but some sort of separation should take place . Thanks you

Very good place for my first time appointment! Had to get test done and the doctor and staff were very thorough and dedicated to their tasks! Unfortunately the wait time for registration was long (1 hour) due to high demand during the week before holidays.

Staff was great. They were very busy and the sign in situation could have been more clear. The wait was outrageous, 3 hours for a Rapid Covid test. Not sure why it took that long to get thru 18 patients. I would recommend it because the staff was friendly despite being very busy and being possibly exposed to people who test positive for the virus. I recommend it because it’s one of the few places accepting walk ins. But the wait time needs to be improved.

I went for a rapid Covid test was told probably an hour wait and instead I was there for 3 hours! The test was performed and told would be at least 15-20 before a doctor wound inform me of tge results and evaluate me - it was 50 mins! It would have been nice if they inform you while there so you are aware.

Everyhthing was positive & wonderfulStaff was accommodating & friendly even considering how busy Riverdale Urgent Care was.The doctor was wonderful whole even having issues w/computers that were down!!!Very impressed Only little negative was such a large group of people who were sick including myself, had to wait...That was not the staffs fault..It was ours for begin sick..Covid creates that.Would recommend to anyone in the future!

It was quick to sign in but long wait to be seen was ridiculous. It’s supposed to be urgent care but it takes just as long as if you went to the the hospital. I literally was sitting there for two hrs before I was seen which I only went in there to get a PPD test for work done and that only takes less than 5mins to do

Fell off my bike almost getting hit by a car. Got in right away the doctor was so nice cleaned my wound on my hand and arm. Radiologist gentle with X-ray on my elbow. I was given a treatment which is helping to resolve the issue. I would definitely go back to your facility. My only complaint is the doors are not automatic & are heavy & cumbersome to hold while pushing my mother in her wheelchair.
