What is the problem with Pura Max? ›

The Petkit Pura Max Litter Box would do a great job of controlling odor if it didn't leak. The issue is with the litter liner in the bottom of the litter box. It does not seal entirely and if your cat urinates anywhere but the middle, it's going to leak. This creates a smelly mess under the barrel of the machine.

If your cat frequently enters their litter box but produces small amounts of urine, they may have a UTI. Feline interstitial cystitis. Feline interstitial cystitis is a complex disease that causes inflammation of the bladder. It can cause a cat to eliminate outside the litter box because of the urgency to urinate.

Your cat may avoid their litter box because of common medical conditions, including feline idiopathic cystitis (FIC), urinary tract infections (UTIs), urinary crystals or stones, kidney disease, diabetes, and osteoarthritis.

Make sure the diffuser is plugged into an outlet receiving power. If that outlet does not receive power, move it to another outlet, and press the reset button again.

Our fragrances are created with an oil to effectively disperse scent. While fragrance life varies from scent to scent, if you can't smell your fragrance anymore and it's been diffusing for over 100 hours, the oil that is left is just that—oil, not fragrance. Time to change it out for a new one!

If the unit works normally with the old bulb, with the lamp burning and the LED burning, it is almost certain that the lamp itself is the problem. If neither lamp lights, it's likely that the power supply needs to be replaced.
