Detox & Slim
It helps to ease your bowel movement. I take it after lunch once daily. Since am practicing the intermittent fasting, it helped a lot to suppress my appetite. I don't feel super hungry. I can sustains up to 17-18 hours before my eating window.i almost finish for detox and about to start S body as per recommended intake. am happy with the product to support my IF journey.
