I wanted to get the insoles anyways to help with my performance but once injured I realized, the time is now. I used it for recovery while healing and it helped tremendously. My son has been dealing with patella tendonitis this football season limiting his speed and agility. PT visits had recommended buying insoles which yielded no difference in performance and support. However, after having my son put these into his cleats at halftime of his game yesterday. I watched a massive difference in speed and agility at kickoff coming out of halftime. I immediately turned to his mother and said "Look how much faster he's moving!" Speaking to my son after the game, I asked him how much the insoles helped.
